We ordered a 12 pc tender meal to be picked up after church. It was ready & seemed hot & they were very helpful. It comes with... 6 biscuits & 3 sides so you'd think it was meant to feed 6 people. When I got it home for company, there was barely enough for 5of us to have a dab of each!! It's been awhile since I've ordered KFC. The last time it came with FULL 16 oz. sz coveredsytrofoam containers. These were shallow bowls that were HALF full! I ordered an extra mashed potatoes bc they looked small.Glad I did! The fingers were small. Raisin Canes are much bigger. The food WAS good & the ladies were courteous (hence 3 stars)but this was definitely NOT a $40 meal! I could've gone to a restaurant & gotten carrryout for that price. Very disappointed &embarassed to have to share with friends such a paltry amount! Read more
I just had to leave a review for Ms. Regina. She took our order with such kindness and patience (we had weird questions on how... to pair things best and she helped a lot). I had the 2 piece breast n wing combo meal. It was delicious and well cooked. They had delicious raspberry tea, stawberry n... watermelon drink, and pepsi all of which I enjoyed alot. I have absolutely NEVER received service from a fast food establishment like I did today. I went through the drive-thru where I... was both pleasantly and promptly greeted. The young lady's glowing personality shown through the speakers. As I pulled to thewindow to retrieve my order I found her infectious smile to be contagious! It's sad that we have grown so accustomed to mediocreand subpar customer service but Ms. Regina truly brightened up my previously sullen mood! KFC, hire 20 more of her! Oh and Ihope my food is good! We had to wait over 20 minutes for food which makes sense because who orders KFC at 6:45 in the evening. Once we got it, the... chicken was sparsely breaded and the Mac and cheese was cold. On the bright side, the biscuits were good. Read more
