My family and I have been here time and time again and kept going even though it was a hit or miss with food quality. The last 3... times that we have been has been a solid miss. The dough is undercooked, the ranch smells weird and makes you question if it'seven edible, and the tables are sticky, as if they didn't even bother cleaning them. The cashier is always friendly but seemslike the workers are just there to socialize. The building now has a weird smell to it like mildew. After spending $40 for afamily of five repeatedly just to get undercooked pizza, and driving over an hour away to try to support this business throughits high and lows, I have decided now to write a review and say you are better off making pizza at home or supporting adifferent business where the food is at least cooked. It's a buffet but one of the employees told me I could only have one slice a pizza per pizza. Then they said the mushrooms are... supposed to be burnt crumbs. My personal pizzas were not presented in the best way. They just threw half cooked veggies on itand served it to me and than there was the burnt crumble mushrooms that they claimed should look that way. The pizza taste weirdand had no flavor. I can't really explain what their dough taste like but it wasn't like any other cicis pizza I ever tasted. Read more
Really stopped going to CiCi?s pizza in the last 10yrs cause there usually dirty, buffets line cluttered/dirty and just no so... great service. Welp I felt like I was in a bind and decided I?ll come in at the tyler location and be disappointed ????. Wellthat was far from the truth. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the employees of our awesome Tyler Cicis pizza! Not only did they make the hazardous... trip during this nasty weather event, they also made some amazing food for my family!! Being dispalced due to power and wateroutages can stress folks out and kids do their best to keep their spirits up!! Awesome pizza and friendly welcoming faces isalways a great way to make your day!!! The pizza y'all made for our family was awesome and put a smile on all of our faces. I enjoy my visits to cicics. Not my favorite place to eat but aslong as the salad is fresh and the pizzas are hot i will keep... visiting. My kids always go to the game room and i can relax and eat my lunch while they play video games.???????????????? Read more
Let me just say, when it comes to buffets this has got to be one of the cleanest ones I?ve been to. Not sure why there are so... many bad reviews about dirtiness cause it?s super clean and as we were getting food each time there was someone wiping thingsdown. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Game room is super cool. Got a personalized pizza cause they didn?t have what Iwanted. Will be returning very soon! Can?t beat $7.99 a person when most buffets are around $11 Read more
