Great food! The service felt a little stressed, I am guessing it was just a typical Saturday night in the summer. Overall, if I... was local to Tyler I'd come here for southern/home style food whenever I wanted it. Highlights: buttermilk fried chicken,chicken fried steak, and the enchiladas. Was told to eat here by a local. They suggested the chicken fried steak which I got. Would have been better if it wasn't placed... on top of the mashed potatoes. Made the bottom soggy. Gravy is always on the side to keep it crispy. Greens were really good.Old glass to serve a beer out of. Would I go back again? I guess but I would try other places first if I come back in town.
