The best Italian food I've ever eaten. The pillow bread is a must. Freshly baked in a stone oven at the time you order. The... pesto pasta was so fresh and perfectly cooked in the stone oven. The cheese, olive oil and seasonings are beyond amazing. John,the chef, has perfected the art of stone oven cooking. A must try when in the area. Read more

Menu features homemade Italian pastas and sauces. The star dish is the pillow bread with chevre and sun dried tomatoes. Yum ????... We have never had this dish before and I would drive all the way back to Twisp just to have it again! Next time would try thebrick oven pizza. Excellent attentive service! Read more
My wife and I stopped for dinner here because we were craving Italian food. We were immediately greeted by the man making the... pizzas ( I think he was the owner) he was very nice and accommodating. The waitress was also very nice and personable. Weordered pizzas and they were incredible. 10/10 Read more
One of the best restaurants in Twisp downtown. Our fav go to place when we are there!!
Very delicous food and great waitstaff. We started with a bottle of wine, the house salad and the pillow bread with roasted... tomatoes... we wanted more but that was enough (we split both). We'll definitely be back for a pasta dish! Read more
