I've been here probably 10 times and used the drive thru up until the last trip. On the morning of 11/19/22 I went inside and... used a kiosk to submit my order. After submitting the order I went to the other side where the orders come out. I saw my ordernumber up on the screen and there were a dozen other people in front of me. My order number disappeared from the screen after 11of the 12 people in front of me had been served and others that came in after me were also served. Me and someone else had toask about our order to have them make it. I had to give them my receipt to have them make my order since my order disappearedinto a black hole I guess. The food has always been fine and the people behind the counter were pleasant, but were notapologetic. I received the food 18 minutes after placing the order. I would probably go back but I'd never go inside the storeagain... this place is the same as all other fast food places post-pandemic.... understaffed and gives all the priorityattention to the drive thru over in-store customers. This is the WORST mcdonalds i have ever been to. Last week ordered 2 mcdoubles a 10 piece chicken nugget and a large coke. The... mcdoubles only had one piece of meat on each of them was gone before i noticed it when i called i was put on hold for 15 minutesthen hung up on. Today 1 week later order the same order through the mobile app 2 cars in the drive thru no one inside it againtook almost 20 minutes. They forgot my large coke so i told the person who brought my order they said ok went inside walked overto the counter picked up a tray of food and proceded to sit down and eat. I waited 3 minutes and left. I will no longer visitthis estabishment i will instead go across the street to burger king or right up the road to wendys Read more
There?s a black girl with a blonde wig and she wears glasses. I will never forget how horrible her customer service is and was.... I will never ever go back to this McDonald?s. And there?s a guy there with a long ghetto scarf on walking around looking dirtymaking people food. I asked for a chicken sandwhich combo. Not only was the chicken sandwhich old but the fries were old and Iasked not to have salt on them I didn?t realize until I got him that they gave me old food. $18 for 2 crispy chicken sandwich meals? Way, way too much for the quality. The sandwiches were barely warm and so dry, tough,... and flat. They tasted like they were heated in a microwave. The fries were hot and good (not too hard to mess up fries). Theywere a little too salty, but tolerable. I had to use the restroom. Sadly, there was no toilet paper in either stall.
