I enjoyed going to cup of joe for the last year in the other location. We loved the selection of coffee, food, and cute friends... theme!! Unfortunately since the reopening at the new location we have noticed some changes in the things we loved about theother experience. Both times visiting we thought our coffees were different than before and perhaps the beans used were adifferent variety that we do not prefer. Secondly, our sandwiches were incorrect both times visiting. The Idaho joe sandwich wasmissing the hash brown, and the vegan spuds had an egg on it!! We love cup of joe and understand the difficulty of opening a newstore and training new people. We hope it?s growing pains and we can come back and have a great experience next time. Read more

* Update: They no longer allow dogs inside... very disappointing * Great coffee shop! Loved that I could bring my pooches in... while enjoying a delicious breakfast sandwich and latte. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back! Read more
If you love FRIENDS same as I do you should go there. Latte with oat milk was just perfect.
This is a lit place! I loved the way everything was organized, and how they have artictecured the room friends themed! Its great... if you wanna just hangout with your friends or just have your own sweet time reading books or something! Food was fantastic andthe staff was really helpful! Read more
Wonderful Lake Town Kookey Koffee Kafe! Eccentric & Fun Decor with lots of little alcoves (so, if you are Introvert like me, you... can enjoy your coffee from a corner) But also a spacious inviting open area at the Front for my Extrovert Folks who wish tomingle with the Townies. Super Staff!!! Fast, Friendly Service. (They found me half way thru my Lookie Loo before I was evenhalf way thru the neatness) ××Reason for 4* and not 5. I am a Milwaukean and we have access to great coffee. The ownerschoice in beans is unfortunate. I don't know what brand they are using. But, it has the Bitterness of Starbucks without backflavor. The Bite of Collectivo without the Roundness and Lastly (oddly) the almost french blend sweetness of Caribou/Anodynewithout the aromatic nose. Yet, the Prep by the Barista saved my Mocha from the Lacking in the Bean. So, obviously the Ownersknow how to Train a Coffee slinger. I just think they need to Flex Up their Beans! Read more
Best place ever right across the street from me; sugar free options and good customer service the food is amazing. Clean and... cute little coffee shop. Prices are decent. Fries are perfectly cooked the flavors pair well with the Parmesan garlic friestheir the works joe is delicious. Made my Mother?s Day and my special treat with a sugar free salted caramel iced coffee. Thehot Arnold Palmer was good n soothing for my friends sore throat. Read more
