Their common sense is ignorance and terrible customer service. The app is confusing and when I only received 2 buns and sweet... onions only, they wouldn?t remake my burger or at least put a burger patty in it? They expected me to pay an additional 20$for another burger, ordered the right way. Did they really expect me to have 2 pieces of bread with sweet onions? This was hands down, the best Wendy's I've ever been to! You know how sometimes you pull up to a drive thru and a recorded... message comes on to prompt you to start ordering? I thought that happened here, but that was just Cian and his awesome, polite,professional voice! It was late, we had a huge $80 order, and Cian in the drive thru was patient, helpful, and did all he couldto make sure our Wendy's experience was awesome! When we pulled up to the window to get our food, you could see the whole teamworking together to give us perfection - and they did! Not one missed item or one mistake on our order! I'm pretty much always happy with the Wendy's in Twin Falls. Customer service is always great. The food is always great. I enjoy... ordering ahead online and I have yet to have an issue with arriving and it not being ready. Those square patties be mmmhmm goodtho! Read more
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Every time I come here, and I come here a lot. There?s always an issue. The one time I did the... survey on the back she told the employee that people can put fake numbers on them and didn?t want to give me my free sandwich.The next time I made sure to bring my phone so she could see and I heard them groan in the background when they heard my order.I always order for my friend and I asked for light salt fries and my fries were not filled and were over salted (I feel likethey did it out of spite). My order is always messed up, and the Asian manager is always rude to me and is the one who deniedmy free sandwich. I used to work here so I know how hard it can be but professionalism is key to any successful business andthis restaurant does that reflect that. I will never come back. Read more
The line is usually long during lunch time but it's so worth the wait cause I love the Chili. Especially with extra onions. Plus... I really like Thier Back & cheese potatoes with extra cheese sauce. Read more
They charged $20 for 2 small meals, and gave the saltiest fries I've ever had, blandest burger I've ever had, asked for no... pickles on both of them and we got pickles anyways, they didn't put the bacon on at all, and the lemonade was cold at the topand warm at the bottom (no biggie just stirred it but I'm angry). I've worked at fast food making food and it's not difficult atall. Maybe they were gettin lit in the kitchen or sumn. If I could do lower than one star I would. Read more
I made the mistake of visiting this establishment; Although I have vetoed the Mountain Home location after 3 of the crappiest... orders I had there 2 years or so ago. The large french fry I received through the drive thru was on the cool side of roomtemperature, soggy, and too greasy to eat on my way home (56 miles away). So I had to deal with a left turn and da u-turn to goto McDonald's and get good, warm, and crisp fries. I will not frequent this food chain ever again no matter the town I am in. Read more
