This location does not treat food delivery drivers fairly, when their lobby is closed we have to go through the drive thru but... hears the catcher if your order is stacked they will only give you one order at a time and you have to go through the line againand the line is backed all the way up thus depleting the quality of the first order you just picked up even if both orders aresitting there. This is a bad way to run your business , cold food and a waste of time and delivery drivers very expensive gasand we get poor ratings because the tacos are soggy and cold and wait times are extreme. I still rank taco bell in my top 5 fast food restaurants. Let's be honest, they are no Chick Fil A but it's hard to beat $5... lunch box. Sometimes their service is slow and sometimes their dining room is closed but I still love it. They are stillfighting staffing issues just like a lot of the food service industry. Read more

Everything was made per my instructions, tasted good. Only problem was the size for the price. Baja freeze cost an arm and a leg... , but was the size Of a finger! Drive up was along line but moved quickly. Chalupa was great. Soft taco quite small. Read more

Decided to take myself out for a day after birthday lunch - I ordered 2 supreme tacos & 2soft tacos & med drink for my friend &... I & this is a picture of my taco - didn't take one for the supreme but let's just put it this way - it didn't look muchdifferent than the taco It had refried beans & onion & lettuce & was not much bigger than the taco - I'm alittle disappointed &this meal cost me - $16.27 - here's the picture & I went through drive thru - I expect the supremes to be on a big tortilla nota small one & have more stuff in it - not a very happy customer Read more

Tell me why it is so hard to keep the lobby open until 10p.m.? Does Taco Hell have any idea how hard it is for dashers to sit in... line and wait to get to their customers??? Dasher are your customers... if you guys are going to lock the lobby up at any giventime that you feel then maybe you should have a spot in front of the store for dasher to park so you can bring us out the foodso it's easier for us and you... that way your drive thru isn't so long! If I could give 0 I would. Since no one will contact me back after email review, reviewing via app and email to corporate I... guess I?ll just warn everyone here. Found a part of a GLOVE in my kids burrito. Wouldn?t have noticed if they didn?t yell. Wewatched closely thereafter as they were not feeling well the next day to ensure nothing was ingested. We were so worried.Strongly recommend avoiding this place. How could an employee NOT NOTICE their entire finger of the glove gone?! Read more

We came in town for Taco Bell and we waited 26mins in the drive through. We ordered our food and then left. 20mins later we... arrive to our relatives home and half of our order was missing. My wife called and asked for a refund, they informed us thatthey could not refund us our money. After talking with the person on the phone for a bit, they told us that we had to driveanother 20 mins back and wait in a 20 min line to get our refund! They would not allow us to skip the line, even just for arefund! Absolutely not, this is the 21st century you need to teach your employees on how to do a refund over the phone! Read more

Today is July 5 and it's been over a week they've had a notice on the door that they are CLOSED FOR INSIDE DINING. Here on... Google it still has "dine-in" with a green check-mark. Needs to be changed. I miss going inside to have a good meal. I dolove their food selection. Read more
