Never received our order, when we ordered it said it would be delivered in 20-30 min. 45 minutes later get a text from a door... dash that our order was approaching our home (Ordered on the website not doordash) Waited 15 minutes still nothing. The orders are ready when I arrive. The staff is friendly and I've never had any problems from here. The food is made fresh so... the pizza ???? tastes great. It's never been burnt so they know what they are doing. Read more
we were a little upset because our offer was online only so we had to go back out to the truck and order on my phone and wait in... the parking lot for 15 min for our pizza. I feel it should have been honored because i was in the store at the time. I ordered a large mushroom pizza, and some wings for delivery. When my order arrived the driver had forgotten the wings. Driver... returned a full 30 minutes later with my now very much lukewarm wings. My pizza was nice and warm when it arrived, however thewhole middle of the pizza was dry and hard like it had spent far too much time in the oven, almost burnt. We've had 2 different delivery orders that didn't have the correct pizzas/toppings. In addition to 1 order being very late. 1... manager agreed to correct and refund then a different manager disagreed with the previous managers correction and didn't believeour order was correct. We understand mistakes happen but 2 for 2 is a bit excessive once you consider the lack ofprofessionalism and courtesy. Read more
