Ordered on the app which was great because the drive thru is always a disaster. Three stars because my order was missing items... from kids meal and was a couple minutes past the expected pick-up time. Also, I ordered the new meat free orange chicken becausethe app wouldn't let me select the normal orange chicken which wasn't bad but would have preferred the original orange chickenespecially in a kids meal. I have been coming to panda express in Twin Falls for years. The orange chicken that I got into at home what?s the taste is like... old tires it was tough hard and awful makes me not want to ever go back to that place again. They really need to work on it. Read more
Maybe my luck is bad, but the last SEVERAL times I have been here, it has just been really bad quality. The orange chicken is... always soggy, chow mien is all veggies, portions seem smaller, and customer service is pretty nonexistent. Its a shame, I usedto come here all the time. My favorite is the Sweet Fire Chicken. Yum!! Panda Express is pretty consistent. I?ve never had a bad meal or experience. The... gal helped me (I wish I remember her name) was awesome. Panda should be grateful she works so hard. It?s fast food but not..trythem if you haven?t. Read more
Unfortunately the lobby was closed tonight due to them being short staffed. Went through the drive through and the car in front... of us was having to yell at the speaker so the staff could take his order witch was rather interesting in a funny way. We gotgot our order placed and had to wait about 15 min for our order. The food overall was good the service wasn?t to bad. Read more
Super rude. Asked for a bowl and received only the side no entree. Got some crab ragoons, no sauce. Judging how they treated me... I already knew upon receiving my bag they messed with it on purpose. Happened on 10/31/22 around 7pm. Not trying to Karen, theywere that bad. Read more
