Literally the worst service ever. We ordered 4 meals and three of the four were messed up. Went through the drive through... (should've checked before leaving, I know) wife got home and 2 of the meals they totally forgot to put in bags, 1 happy meal wasmissing the main dish (hamburger). Got home 10 minutes away, and the manager just said, "there's nothing we can do. I can giveyou those items that were missing at no charge." No charge....I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM! YOU DIDNT GIVE THEM TO ME! I'm just aboutdone with the McDonald's around the area. If I could give zero stars for this particular store, I definitely would have. Read more
For some reason, when going thru the drive thru, this McDonald's nearly always makes you pull over to the side to wait for them... to cook fries. I mean come on McDonald's, that's the one food item that's sold with nearly every meal. Get with the program. Read more
The gal that took out order at the drive-thru was not a good first impression with her voice/personality. You need someone... upbeat & peppy to represent your company better. Read more
The person at the window was rude and when I got my order it was missing parts of my order when I called them she was very rude... and did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue except for just keep repeating you have to come in with a poor attitude I askedher for the owners number or another managers she told me she couldn't then hung up the phone tried to call back and it wentdirectly to voice-mail several time that manager shows no management skills or people skills should be terminated immediately tomeet McDonald's standard and expectations Read more
Never fails that something is messed up. Drinks are wrong, missing food, wrong food, etc etc. I have worked fast food and... understand things happen but for example tonight I'm only car in drive-thru and order is still wrong. 2 large Dr. Peppers andget Coke and Dr. Pepper. Order 2 cheeseburger meal and get just 1 burger. Please retrain the employees cause this happens everytime we go. Read more
Food was delivered fast and fresh! Staff was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy their work. One of the things that stood out,... was the cleanliness of the establishment. All too often these fast food places get dirty, dare I say downright filthy. But nothere. Floors were clean, tables wiped down, and it even smelled nice. Out of all of the local McDonald's, I would have to saythat this may be the very cleanest. What a refreshing change of pace. I will certainly come back. Read more
This Mickey Ds' great. The employees are awesome. They took long on a coffee order one time but gave me a free pie to make up... for it. The inside is very clean and futuristic looking. They also have self order machines so you don't have to wait in linebecause it gets busy during lunch hours between 11-2 (busiest times). Read more
They get my coffee right every single time and it's generally always speedy service.
