I want to start by saying the staff is very nice and accommodating. They modified the veggies fajitas for me because I'm vegan... (not very hard to do but still). Now that that's out of the way let's get into the food. The presentation of the food was veryunappetizing. And this is coming from a person on the road who basically hasn't eaten all day. The food was also blant and mytortillas were kind of stale. I got a very small amount of guacamole (very small) and the beans might as well have come straightout of a can. Other than that the place is beautifully decorated and I enjoyed the vibes. My lover man gave the macho burrito astrong 5.5/10 he said he would love it if he was drunk but it's not the best Mexican he's had. Read more

Amazing service! Edith had great suggestions and went above and beyond! The food was super- yummy and tasted homemade. The carne... asada was smoky and delicious, and the beans were authentic and delicious, and the the enchilada was amazing. This is the realdeal, and an unexpected gem in the middle of Idaho! I had the Cadillac Margarita which did not disappoint (although technicallynot authentic since they obviously used the typical neon-green sweet and sour, but the grand Mariner to tequila ratio was onpoint)! I wish this place were in Boise since I currently reside there, but it?s definitely worth the trek for a wonderfulexperience! Edith really did put the experience over the top for us- she was very helpful with my gluten sensitivity, and shewas very honest with her suggestions. I?ve lived in 9 different states, lived in 2 different countries, and visited far more, and I?ve experienced a LOT of different Mexican restaurants, but La Fiesta in Twin Falls really is a little jewel worthvisiting! I was not impressed. Sat at the bar and no one would acknowledge I was there. Finally ordered and the food was pretty fast. Had... to ask for chips and salsa. That was the last time anyone spoke to me. The food was not great. Port version of Chile relleno, the Chile Verde burrito was better. Rice was very dry. I will pass on this place next time. Read more

We sat outside with fans going. It wasn't that busy for a Saturday night, surprisingly. The waiter didn't write down our order... for three people, so my dinner arrived incorrectly. I ordered chicken fajitas with Mexican rice and refried beans and steakarrived instead. The cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo arrived with sour cream and guacamole on top, so I could use thelettuce, cheese, and pico de gallo. The chips come with hot salsa and bean dip, you can ask for mild salsa. ???? The fajitastasted delicious and the marinade is seasoned well. Pepsi products for the win! If you're stopping through, try it out. Read more

Saddly, our visit to this restaurant was not a great one. The staff was friendly, but they obviously did not care to be there.... We asked to sit outside and were told to take any table, so we did. 5 minutes later, we finally had someone bring menus to us. 5minutes after that, we had someone come to ask what we wanted to drink. This was our 3rd staff member. 15 in into our experiencewe finally got drinks, chips and salsa. The one plus was after we ordered food it came fast which you would expect from aMexican food restaurant. The food saddly did not make up for the staff experience. The chips were warm and good, salsa wastomato water saddly, and the bean dip lacked in seasoning. The kids had Mexican pizzas, which were basically a tortilla withway too much cheese. The street tacos were ordered with 3 different meet options, with the chicken being dry, the pork whilehaving flavor, was faty, and the stake was pure grissal and untenable. The beans were the same blan ones as the dip, and therice was also lacking flavor. This is not a place we will return to in our travels to Twin Falls. Read more

I loved the vibe of this place and the ambience was very cozy and nice too. The lady who served me was very sweet and polite and... was very helpful in letting me decide my order. The food was good. The margarita had a very unique taste too. I loved the candydipped in my margarita! Their portions are very big so just confirm before ordering because they have half and full optionsavailable. I will surely revisit this place and I recommend this place to be visited atleast once! Read more
