We always come here for lunch or dinner and usually sit in the bar. We were there today about 2 and we were the only ones in the... bar until 2 guys came in and sat at the bar. Only one table was clean. My husband asked for some water and never did get it. Wealways get good service but today really sucked. Honestly, really disappointing experience. I used to love Chili's, but I can see the franchise is definitely going downhill. We... arrived with a party of 5 on a very slow Saturday night and the obviously young and inexperienced host was uncomfortable that wewere such a "large" party. Didn't realize 5 people (2 of them kids) was a large party, but it didn't make us feel toowelcome. The rest of the staff was also very young and inexperienced and not very friendly. We had to wait far too long forsomeone to even come to our table to take our drink order (again, empty restaurant), and the food was just mediocre. The tablesand chairs were gross and sticky, and there were food crumbs on the floor. Overall, this trip was not great, and the previoustimes I've done take-out orders, it was also subpar. We had reservations for a party of 10, but got there to find out that they had no room for us, and another party of 10 had... already been seated. While we can't say for sure, there seems to be a good chance the other party of 10 snagged OUR reservation.We ended up calling another restaurant that was able to get us in on short notice. Huge burger! I can?t remember what it?s named on the menu, but it was over 1lb of meat. Not the best burger I?ve had, but it did... the job. Mainly came here to get chocolate cake for my wife. Read more

Im going to give this 2 stars , I mean the waitress was really nice and it took 3 mins for the food to come out which was a good... record .The downside was the food , the burger was excellent and it tasted super nice and fresh ingredients were used to make iti could tell but when it came to the Caribbean salad it was a huge let down the salad was a brownish colour meaning the saladwasnt fresh in the slightest. The chicken wings were alright but the chicken was really cold and not very tasty . And then theribs they made me decide on the 2 stars cold meat and no flavour very bland it wasn't good at all and that should be improved myknife felt like it was cutting into a rock. Read more
Our server was great, kind and quick but the food there has gone completely downhill. I ordered a steak medium and it was hardly... cooked. Potatoes were bland and the beer tasted like water. I used to love chilis but the last couple years it?s been a huge letdown. Read more
