OMG! The food is usually okay at this location (I eat here about once a month for about a year) but today it was terrible! It... seems like the food is getting worse every time I go. Staff looks like they don't want to be there. I ordered grilled chickensalad. The tortilla was burned and dry and the grilled chicken was hard, dry and blackened. I know how the Cafe Rio grilledchicken should taste, I had it before. I was really really disappointed today. I should have returned the meal. Next time, Iwill ask for my money back. Read more
I went in to get dinner for my family. Got home and realized they forgot to put my meal in my bag. You can?t call them directly... so a horrible customer service rep does absolutely nothing to help. I had to drive back and then was told to get back in line toget the order they forgot. Read more
This particular cafe rio in Twin Falls has the worst service. Their evening crew is terrible and the manager encourages it. I... have yet to have my order right either in person or ordered on line. We order for business meetings and each time they have notever accomplished to produce what myself or other employees have ordered. They take orders with their earbuds in and ask for youto continue to repeat yourself. However, every other cafe rio has had great service and is clean. Read more
Pretty much a shot for shot remake of Costa Vida, (or vice versa?) But still great food! Friendly workers! My only complaint is... that the Mint Lime juice tasted a little old. Read more
We went there thinking we would get great service and food. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have never been here before... and will not return. We went around 3:30 on a week day. No one was behind us. We were rushed by the young man on what we wantedto order. I tried to ask questions but he pretty much ignored me and said the girl next to him would help me. Guess what shedidn't. They were both to busy filling up bowls of Pico De Gallo . She pretty much said here is your order and sent to tocashier. I pretty much felt like I was in a food line at school and they slop the food on your plate ,get what they give you andto bad if you don't like it attitude. We wanted extra stuff and sauces and were not given the option. Rice was so hard it waslike it was barely cooked. Beans were boringly flat tasting. I only gave 1 star because the pork tasted good. Café Rio is my guilty pleasure. Their sweet pork is the best I?ve ever had ? it?s so addicting and keeps me coming back. I... waver between the sweet pork salad (always packed and heaping with lettuce, pico, guac, and more), and the chicken enchilada (sojuicy and satisfying). The food here is to die for and the pricing is sooo worth it. The portions are big, so each meal is liketwo in one! Read more
TACO TUESDAY!!! ???????? $2.50 tacos and got another $2.50 you can get beans, rice and a drink! The tortilla are to die for.... Seriously, they are delish. My favorite is the sweet pork. The food is always great at just about any Cafe Rio... this one needs a little attention to cleanliness. The staff is friendly... for the most part, some need to work on their customer service. Specialty drinks and deserts are on point! Read more
