Went out for birthday dinner with my boyfriend and the entrées were brought out separately, ~7 min apart, and our app came out... about 15 min later after our entrées were cold, server (Isabel) didn't care and dropped off our food without asking if weneeded anything else, which we did. She walked by a handful of times without checking on us and then did a fly-by "how'severything going" and had an attitude. Got $10 off but our app was $15 and our cold food was almost $30. As a server I wouldn'thave let this happen, but if it does I would have made sure the guest was satisfied and made it right. Maybe need some morebasic server training for her. Pick up order was not ready when they said it would be. Then I get back with the food and open my ?3 piece? tenders. Technically... there are 3, but seriously? (No I had not taken a bite yet). For over $10 this is the quality. Not impressed at all. Read more
I like their wings, but I generally find them a little overpriced. A standard, 8-wing basket is about 10 dollars, and even with... recent inflation princes, that's 1.25 per wing, which is a little on the high site. Regardless, it tastes good, the staff isfriendly, and their takeout option is speedy (usually ready in 10 minutes). They have some good options for sauces and flavors,and the sports vibes inside are fun to be a part of. Read more
Great service, amazing food and fun atmosphere. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing! We had 4 people in our... group, had drinks and still spent less than $50. That's awesome ????! There were six of us in our party. We ordered and that went fine. Three of us got our orders shortly after. Then two more got... their orders and one of those was wrong. We sent that back to be corrected. Finally that order came back corrected, but thesixth order had never come. We just had them change that order to go, because by that time the first 3 had finished long before.I feel if your serving a table of six people, bring the food out at roughly the same time, not 30 minutes difference. That was,by far, the most terrible eating out experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I would not recommend this place, and Iwould give zero stars if possible. Read more
I used to love going to the Twin Falls location, but last night I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It... took almost 2 minutes for the hostess to stop talking to the other one and finally acknowledge me standing there. When I askedif I could sit outside she rolls her eyes and looks at the other hostess and after a long pause she says yes. I wait almost 15minutes and nobody comes out to even ask if I want anything to drink. I walk in and see if there is room at the bar and walkback outside. It takes at least another 5 minutes for the waitress to come out. She tells me they are out of the first drink Iorder and then the second. And then she comes out a third time to tell me the same exact thing she just told me a few minutesbefore about the drink I ordered not being available. She does not come back out again. After at least another 10 to 15 minutesI had to walk away. I can't believe I was treated this way. I understand if you're busy, but it shouldn't take over 40 minutesfor me to get a drink that never actually comes. Read more
We hadn't been here in a long time and I'm glad we finally made it back. Our food was excellent! Our server was attentive and... friendly even though she seemed to be really busy. Our meal was reasonably priced and worth every penny. We will be back soon! Read more
Came for the BOGO 50% off wings on Tuesday! Couldn't get this deal online or to-go so we ate in. Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 -... Chili con Queso with Blazing Carolina Reaper sauce on the side. Comes with a lot of chips but not enough dip. Would consider itmore nacho cheese with a dab of chili. Flavor was good overall though! BOGO 10 wings (20 in total) with Mango Habanero, AsianZing, Lemon Pepper, and Parmesan Garlic on the side. The chicken were a bit too fried but delicious overall. Wish the sauce camein wider containers so you can dip more of the chicken in it rather than just the tip of the bones :/ Ambience: 4/5 - loud butgets you amped up for the sports games on tv. The cushions on the couches are worn but the tables are clean Service: 4/5 - theto-go order cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We were standing for about 5-7 minutes for a hostess to greet us.Multiple waiters walked by and made eye contact but no actions were taken.
