Reviews for Black Bear Diner Twin Falls in Twin Falls, ID
To be in Twin Falls,Idaho and from CA, the food tasted like it came from the hills of Tennessee. It was perfect!! I wanted my... southern home cooking for breakfast and sweet tea and I found it. Definitely was not disappointed. Read more

Have eaten at BBD many a times just not this location. We visited twin falls and passing through to drive back to NC. Always... great food. I love restaurants that serve breakfast all day. The eggs Benny is the best. My hashbrowns were way too done butthey brought me new ones right away. I got a side of sweet cream pancakes that were so yummy. Such huge portions! Couldn?t eatit all that?s for sure lol. Really wanted to try the bread pudding but was way too stuffed. Read more
Needed lunch in a hurry so I ordered a bowl of soup and a soda to go. I asked if it came with bread or anything. No, just... crackers (which they neglected to give me). The soup was delicious, bot the serving was miniscule. Seriously? There can'tbe more than 6 Oz in this "bowl". Maybe I should have ordered the cup. Very disappointed. I paid before receiving the orderand added a 15%tip. So...$11.77 later I ate my mini meal. So not worth the cost. Read more
We ate here because it was directly in front of the Hilton, where we were staying and thought the food might be better. It was a... bad experience all around. We ordered takeout, two taco salads. Both we?re missing more than half their ingredients. There isclearly no attention to detail. We went back to notify them, salads in hand and initially the kid at the counter apologized andtold the kitchen. That was fine, I waited patiently. Then a miserable woman came out and seemed bothered that we?d come back torequest the missing ingredients (Avocado, Cilantro, jalapeños, olives, salsa, and refried beans) and argued that the cook didput beans in ONE of the salads, though I had both to show her. Whatever, complaining about food is the last thing I want todrive after driving 13 hours and getting the food I paid for the first time shouldn?t be an issue. Even after, both salads werepretty flavorless. And the whole stalks of cilantro seemed passive aggressive. There are better dining options in the area andwe have no desire to try Black Bear diner anywhere again. Read more

How warm friendly environment I ordered the pot roast, with green beans and mashed potatoes I also have the chicken soup and... cornbread muffin. I was a bit hesitant to order the pot roast because I've never really had a pot roast in a restaurant but asit turns out it was well worth ordering very delicious I do like my green beans a little less cooked but everything wasfantastic. I especially like the cornbread muffin not grainy, and a little bit sweet. No need for honey or jam. It was just likemy grandma used to make. Read more
