This place use to be great, quick, hot food, but now you wait in the drive through at the window for 5 minutes before you pay... and then another almost half hour to get your food. This time I came through ordered a kids meal, and 2 number ones. Sat in thedrive thru for 30 minutes for them to ask me to pull around and wait for my food even longer. Then they come out with 1 of themeals and a kids meal, had to go back in to get the second meal that was ordered and guess what waited another 10 minutes. Atleast the gentleman was nice enough to give me coupons for a free shake and meal combo. Read more
I am so sad this location has really gone down hill. When they first opened it, food came hot and within a reasonable time... frame. I just waited in line at drive thru for 40 minutes? there was one car ahead of me. They left after me being behind themfor about 5 minutes. This has happened to me now the last few times I come here. I thought waiting so long for my food it wouldbe fresh and hot! WRONG! My fries were cold and chewy. Why were they chewy??? My burger was warm and full of so much ketchup andmayo I had to spit out the first bite. I just don?t understand if I am waiting in line for that long why my food would be cold?won?t be going back. This was the absolute worst fast food experience I have ever encountered! My family of 4 waited 30 minutes for our food and then... several items were missing! Once we received everything it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter forhours. I ordered the halibut sandwich that they didn?t bother to even put the lettuce on! I don?t usually leave reviews and the only reason it?s 2 stars is because usually this is my favorite Arctic to go to. They are... always happy and never mess up my order, but The lady working the drive thru 4/5/22 wasn?t very friendly from the beginning. Asshe hands me my bag of food she doesn?t say anything and just immediately just turns around and walks off. I wasn?t even able tosay if I wanted sauces or anything. So I sat there until the guy working comes up and asked if I needed anything. I said yeswhite sauce. He was nice and went and got me some. I know people have bad days. We all do, but if you can?t stand customers,don?t be in customer service. Read more
