Not my favorite applebees in the world but still pretty great. Day shift bar tender IS AMAZING! night shift definitely needs... more experienced bar tenders. The bar is fully seated nearly every night so get here early. Read more
We just were here tonight, Tues. Nov. 1st, it was 6 pm. First off the girl saw my grandmother has a hard time walking and she... seated us far into the restaurant. We were told our waitress would be right with us, that never happened..no one ever came, wewere completely ignored and people who were seated after us were instantly waited on. After at least 20 minutes we decided we'dhad enough and walked out, we went to another place and got wonderful, prompt service. This was a real letdown seeing as we'vecome here for years and it's been one of our favorite places to eat. Read more
I'm always in here with large groups (9+ people) and the staff at Applebee's does an amazing job of getting us seated in a... timely manner. Servers are attentive and efficient. Read more
A little bit of wait but not too bad. Food was good. Prices not outrageous like most other places. We split something and with a... salad it was plenty. Server was friendly but we hardly saw her because of the crowd. Used to, there was a guideline of keepingyour hair back, clipping your nails, not wearing tattoos that are way out there, if they showed at all, and piercings werelimited. Those days are gone I think. Very distracting from making eye contact when someone is talking to you, especially if youcan't see their eyes because of the hair over them. But I know everyone is shorthanded these days. I just hope none of thosenails fall off into someone's food. Read more
I have never seen a customer so disrespected in my life. The bartender literally told the customer after he said I would like to... speak to the manager that and I state "do you think speaking to the manager will change things. Hahaha, that so cute." From whatI was told the customer is always right. This lady needs an adjustment. Like maybe the unemployment line adjustment. I get somepeople can be rude and it wears on ya. But she publicity disrespected him then tried to humiliate him as well. She always statedyou see anything you like I couldn't tell if he was watching the TV or looking at her. Love what they have done with the decor. They represent Twin Falls very well. Also, had extra special decor for veterans day!... Went in for veterans day and was treated very well. We ordered TOGO. Despite missing the kids fries the food was amazing andservice was fast. I recommend going during happy hour. They have half price appetizers and drink specials!
