Really delicious, healthy food! I had the nourish bowl with various veggies, goat cheese and BBQ jack fruit and a Beth's Mocha... Latte. Hubby had the veggie wrap - he hated the gf wrap because it fell apart but otherwise was tasty. There were so manythings I wanted to order on the menu. This was a wonderfully delicious meal with very kind and sociable staff. I got the Vegan taco and my wife got the build your... bowl with a Mystic Lemonade. Everything looked, tasted, & ate fantastic. You can tell the food is made with care and not justthrown together. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Read more

I ordered the oatmeal and a smoothie and the people were so kind helping me figure out which flavor to order and the... man who made my oatmeal made it so pretty and gave me some extra toppings! Love this place, came here once about a year ago and loved it so much I went out of my way to try and find it again. I got a... build your own bowl and everything about it was so harmoniously perfect. The spinach fresh, the mango salsa sweet and zesty, theblack beans a perfect undertone, and the bbq jackfruit was to DIE for.
