First of all Papa John's is not stepped it up they don't even know that they have a great white pizza my pizza is missing the... Ramada tomatoes then I called waited on hold to make sure that he can do all flats and they said they couldn't have I would havecanceled the chicken order but after it was delivered they tell me that they cannot do all flats I will never eat at papa John'sagain. I wish I could give this zero stars, I'm extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the pizza but the service of the... people there. The pizza was like a soup with how much sauce and grease there was, it was so hard to even pick up let alone eat.When I got there to pick up my pizzas the lady was extremely rude covered in food and flour with a fairly sour attitude despiteme being polite, she was old and blonde. What a joke. I ordered a simple pizza a couple days ago and the driver reeked of cigarettes, and was noisy when driving up after... waiting what felt like forever. Food was undercooked, and when I called to complain I was put on hold and ignored untill thecall disconnected. The pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. NY Style doesn't have any crust worth mentioning... If you aren't putting sauce and toppings all the way to the edge then it... isn't NY style... stop wasting our time. I hate Papas crust and only order when y'all do the NY style. The other Papas inYucca gets it right. Read more

Smart Shoppers, DO NOT go to this location, today I ordered a ?special? $9.99 large pizza with two toppings ?included?,... (pepperoni and I didn?t know what else to add, so they suggested extra cheese as the second ?included? topping, it turns outthat when I went to pick it up my total was $12.41. $2.42 on taxes? That was their explanation, then when I complained they saidit was the extra cheese, and this is not the first time that they do that, I always forget to rate them, but enough is enough.Are they pocketing the extra charge?
