Dude at the window jerked my card out of my girlfriends hand. Proceeded to make fun of my card. As well as nearly dropping my... order through the car window. The California burritos I ordered didn?t contain anything but the meat no cheese, sauce, or thefries. And appeared to have a gelatinous coating. The place is a little run down. The drive-thru sign is small and old and their microphone doesn't work right I guess. They have... gotten my order wrong on two occasions, and the last time they refused to switch it out unless I had my receipt (even though itwas extremely slow and there were no other customers). I got angry because with the price of gas I'd have to drive back home,then back again due to their mistake. And they were not apologetic at all. The customer service and their attitudes leave alot to be desired! Watch your tires as there are loose rocks and asphalt in the drive-thru and it's not even clear where to go.Inside seems dirty, the staff, with the exception of one or two, is rude and I would recommend anywhere else as the foodportions are small for the price and leave much to be desired. Food quality has gone down. Prices have increased way to much. Over 20$ for 2 burritos that are smaller than del tacos. Salsa... containers are always gross and covered in filth. Grill is constantly ?down? and Youll sit in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Iwaited for rice and got told ? The cook said if You leave a good tip it will be out faster?. Never been back since. The food was so good. Better than the other 2 locations near me. The dining room was nice and neat. The only thing I didn?t... appreciate was one of the cooks rolling a joint in the lobby. I mean I guess I should be happy he went outside to smoke it withthe other guy that worked there. Read more
Overall the experience good. How ever the plates are really cheap while utensils are super solid. The food was greatly... portioned for Avg people. If you are a light eater you will have extras. The decor throws me off alot with the color andpictures. The California burrito was great. Read more
