Absolutely lovely! I'd have given 5 stars if the rooms had king size beds. Restaurant was delish! Service was excellent!

Been there 3 times. Twice food was good. Service not so good , if you get the waitress with the mask. The tall blonde... fellow with glasses , I forget his name is excellent. The lady with mask is quick and frankly needs to retire. Or perhaps justtake reservation. Went last Saturday in Aug. Steak was tough and potatoes cold. She seldom comes around. So, we were quietwhich was a mistake and left . We vowed not to go back. But, when I found out they charged my card twice and they didn?tcatch it. That?s for certain I won?t be back. I called on Monday and they couldn?t help til Tuesday. The charge was over 100bucks charged twice includi ng a second tip for the waitress. Which they charge the tip , on your bill automatically. Theother nice thing you can sit outside and dine and watch people enjoying the pool while being cooled down by the pool watersplash. This place is a nostalgic and all , but come on. Awesome 9,000 year old oasis surrounded by palm trees and quaint bungalows. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Full bar. They grow... their own food at their local farm (on location). Located at the eastern entrance to Joshua Tree National Park its perfect for aquiet weekend getaway. Read more
