Dated decor. Just looked dirty with the windows needing a good cleaning. Ladies room window screen was so caked with dirt you... couldn?t see out of it. The restaurant itself needs a total update. Peeked in the kitchen and the cook wasn?t wearing a hairnet. Service was slow (only one waitress who was also tending bar) Given the challenges with getting help, I don?t hold thatagainst them. Waitress was really hustling to serve everyone quickly so I give her full credit. It?s a lodge so I can makeallowances for all of that but not for the poor quality of the food. I had the salmon with rice. The rice wasn?t cooked enough.Salmon was good. Hubby had a burger and fries which were good. I won?t be going back to this restaurant. Read more
Went for lunch with my sister a few weeks ago. She had a clubhouse, I had a beef dip. It was pretty good. The patio was... wonderful. The view is beautiful. It was a very nice lunch on a very nice patio on a very nice day. I've been having some trulyawful restaurant experiences lately. Read more
I had the chicken dinner and it was awesome, mine came with spinach, which is hard to cook properly, but it was and seasoned... nice, chicken was cooked perfect and roasted potatoes where also done right. My Husband had the fish and chips and he enjoyedit very much, and he is a picky eater. We will go again soon. Read more
We came in for wing night & sweet potato fries. It was all so delicious and the SPF were hot but the wings were luke-warm. We... just made a brief comment to the server and she instantly replaced them.. even when we insisted not to.. all of our wings werereplaced with veggies, sauce & all. Though it wasn't expected it was very much appreciated. The wings are delicious and thebartender, Melissa, made amazing drink suggestions! This is a Bar/Restaurant attached to the Stoco Lake Lodge. I have been here several times now and I would recommend it. The food... and service is Great. You can eat indoors or out on the patio. There is a nice view of the lake from the patio where you canwitness beautiful sunsets. Inside has booths and tables or you can eat at the bar. Apparently they have live music on occasion.There is a small stage and dance floor. There is a games room and babershop(never seen that before) attached to the bar.Melissa has been our sever many times and she is awesome, remembers our drinks and food orders or is happy to suggest something.All in all I give it two thumbs up. ????????
