Taco Tuesday win. Tacos are 2.99 but the beans and corn come with them and it's a lot of food and pretty tasty.
The salsa today tasted better than I’ve ever had it at El Torito! The reason I gave three stars is the service. My grandson... and I were the first ones in at 11 AM. We ordered our food, the place was very slow, and our waiter is incredibly inefficient.He doesn’t have a clue about removing dirty dishes. Our empty dirty dishes sat on our table until we left. I was very disappointed with the service and if I could I'd give it zero stars. We were seated right away but our order was... taken in 15-20 minutes. Our drinks also took a while and then our food took forever. I saw how frustrated other families were.Keep in mind there were not many families to begin with at this location considering it was father's day and it had so manyempty tables. We waited almost an hour for our food. Until finally only half of our table got their food but no cutlery wasgiven to you, you had to ask for it. Then to make things worse the other half of our table had to wait more than half an hourfor their food and they also had to ask for cutlery. I watched as other families were very upset after waiting an hour forservice and left. The place looked like it was well staffed but we kept getting told the kitchen was held back. I'm guessingthey only had one cook. After, we were ready to just leave we went to the front to pay and some of the workers in the front gaveus annoyed glances and laughed because we were supposed to wait at the table but let's be real with how slow things were itwasn't going to get done. I didn't find it funny at all. So our server came and handled it and they told us how we were patientand how others were so angry and left and we understood but again not okay. Of course we tipped and we weren't going to make ascene either because of how bad the service/treatment was, it was very unprofessional! Food was good but everything runs out quick like flan, enchiladas and it takes them a hot minute to go get more
Waited an hour for our food. Coffee was cold. Got both my nephews orders wrong. I ordered the fajitas that came with steak,... shrimp and chicken. The shrimp were the size of the ones you get in a cup noodle soup. Ridiculous. This was on mother's day forHispanic culture. We still tipped the waitress 40 bucks. We got a discount because the manager saw how the service was bad. Poorguy. Place just wasn't well staffed I guess. My nephew got food poisoning from the burrito. Read more
Met some friend for happy hour on a weekday and service was fast but definitely feel that food could improve. Drinks were great... but again food could be better. It tasted bland to me and portions were wayyyy too small and overpriced. Read more
