Worst customer service! Woman behind the counter was belittling, rude and made up her own rules regarding coupons that... contradicted Subways posted terms. Only bread choices were white or wheat. I wish I would have read the reviews before I walkedinto this place. Im disappointed in myself for supporting such terrible service. Read more

Came in on July 11th 2022 during the lunch rush. They would not honor Subway coupons. Why? You're not located in an airport or... above a normal rent situation. Manager working was super rude to each customer that I saw as I waited in line. Not friendly, nosmiles, no politeness at all. Wish I read the reviews before arriving here. Staff were really rude and disrespectful. Toster was not working. They were out of couple of vegetables. Bread was not fresh.

I am giving 1 star to this subway restaurant as I felt they differentiate between online and store customer. Story - I placed... order online for 2 subways with 1+1 promotion. I was in store at 12:45 - Staff members knows this was my order still they saidthey will start preparing order 1:05 as per time given in online order. Entire store was empty - at 12:52 they start preparingmy order - they were in middle of adding vegetables- a store person walks in - my buns were put to side - store person who justwalked his order was prepared, 12:57 - they again resumed my order - they filled vegetables in my order - just wrapping wasleft - another store person walks in - again my order was not wrapped - left in between - store person was givenpriority. Finally my order was wrapped at 1:05 - left on shelf - staff even does show curtesy to ask that my order is ready -as I was sitting right next to them , all of them know I am waiting for last 20 mins. I felt like they are giving me free food.I was totally astonished at their behavior and quietly walked away from store. Read more

I used their website to order a sandwich from my local store here in Irvine CA. The order went through and my card WAS CHARGED... THE $8.19 for the sandwich that I ordered. When I got to the store to pick up my sandwich at five minutes to 6:00 PM I was metat the door by one of the employee's and I was told that they were closed. I looked at the sign on the door and told him thesign says you close today at 8:00 PM he said well today 10/31/21 (Halloween) we are closing at 6:00 PM. I then told him well Iordered and paid for a sandwich online. He said we rejected that order. I looked at him in disbelief and told him I am here onmy 1/2 lunch break and now I don't have time to go anywhere else to order and eat. He just looked at me. So now I am sittinghere back at work hungry and I look at my bank account and see that I was in fact charged for the order. SO that means he liedto me and I will have to fight with the store tomorrow to get my money back. I guess the employees had to get to a HalloweenParty or something!!!!! In the future I will not be returning to this store!!!!!! I have had constant problems with withlocation in the past BUT this is it I will NEVER go to this location AGAIN!!!!!! I love Subway but after today I will have torethink that. Lastly the staff here seems rude and not care how the place looks. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION THIS ONE IS THE WORSTONE I have found!!!!!!! Went in with my daughter to buy foot long sandwich and I accidentally dropped my energy drink on the floor and I quickly picked... it up before all the contents could spill out, and the 300+ lbs lady working there covered her face with both hands like she wasquite upset and then got the mop to clean it, after she cleaned it, she didn't wash her hands before starting to make thesandwich I was shocked because she just mopped the floor and didn't bother to clean her hands. i told her i didn't want anythinganymore ..she said that's fine with a bad attitude .. Wow..the worst customer service ever!! Wonder who manager or owner of this location is. Came in Jan. 16, 2020 at 8:30pm and... ordered spicy Italian. After employee put cheese on the sandwich, he said both toasters were broken (I would not ordered spicyItalian if I knew both toaster were not working) he puts ham and cheese in the microwave instead. I was totally fine up tillhere. When we presented a coupon of free drink and chips, employee didn't know how to subtract drink and chips. Both employeestook a while to figure out how to make correction. After that, he asked us to pay more than $9 so I asked spicy Italian is $6.99and came out more than $9?? Two employees took another few minutes to figure out to make correction. It was 8:50 when wefinished paying (took us 20 minutes) and we were not able to eat inside because they were about to closing (it was so coldoutside) when I was getting a drink, one of employee was maddogging me. Two employees looks like high school kids so I didn'teven bother to talk to them.. Good luck whoever the owner or manager is. I would definitely not come back here!! Read more
