Always received great service. Great food! my family and I come here often. There was a new host today (7/14/2022 - 6pm),... dark hair with purple or green streaks - horrible customer service. We treat everyone with respect. I asked if she could getsomeone to please clean the greasy seat. She seemed bothered + she ignored me as I said, "excuse me" to get her attention. Iwould have wiped the seat myself if she gave me a towel and cleaning spray. Read more

No matter what location, everyone is always super friendly, quick, and super helpful. This time I ordered my bottomless salad... first before my meal and my drink. I ended up just taking my main meal home. Their salad is just really refreshing anddelicious. They always ask if I want to take my strawberry lemonade home which I always say yes to. They kept providing me andmy man with food more rapidly than any restaurant I've ever been to. We ended up tiling 30%. They were just so good. I'mthankful that our regular restaurant was randomly closed today because Red Robin was just so quick to seat us and attend to usevery step of the way. Love this place. They have never disappointed! I get a burger to go and it is hot, juicy, & cooked to perfection. Guaranteed every time my eyes... are rolling in the back of my head and I moan! It is that good! Everything on that beautiful sandwich is fresh, never overcooked, never greasy. The first bite of every Burger is absolutely beautiful, all the way to the last bite that I put down. Thecustomer service is so pleasant each and every location I go to. I still rated a 5 Stars because they have nothing to do withthe app that is terrible. I have lost points and the burgers taste even better when you end up getting a free one but I don'tseem to get there because the app doesn't work. They can't even enter my phone number to pull up my profile when I have themattempt to do it. Not their fault either. So hang on to your receipts!
