Showed up at 8:05pm at the store to order a juice, the sale ?s lady was very rude. She said it was 45 mins wait. We came out to... decide what to do then we came in to order after 2 minutes and she said we are out of any fresh juice. Very impolite and verybad costumer service. I walked in at 8:45pm but the time says they close at 9pm I wanted to get a smoothie but unfortunately the customers in front of... me took so long ordering. When it was my turn they turned me away and let me wait in line for nothing. It?s not fair because thecustomer behind me was serviced. When I asked why they didn?t tell me and they just shrugged. First time here - very disappointed in the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl. Tasted like the staff forgot to add açaí, as the flavor... was vaguely reminiscent of a plain snow cone. Didn?t complain because my kid was happy to eat it but would highly suggestpeople with more discerning palates head elsewhere. Staff was friendly enough though. Read more
