This place is Drive-thru only which leaves all of us delivery drivers in big trucks out of luck. If you don't want to help... people inside then don't work in the food industry! Covid is not an excuse to be lazy. I've gone to other Jack locations thathave been back to normal for ages now! Read more

Zero if I could. At about 7:00am almost every day there is a homeless White female there inside the dining area She insults... everyone. I was eating, and she randomly started insulting me. I work in customer service so it didn?t bother me. Now peoplecrazy like that can physically hurt someone when they are up in anger, so just to be safe I made a complaint about her to aformer employee who was about to start her shift and she said that they couldn?t kick her out. It?s sad that customers oremployees are allowed to take up things like this and allow people like that and do not do anything about it. Read more
I like this location. The drive thru has plenty of room for most vehicles. It's not tight by any means. They're always fast and... friendly there, and the food is hot and fresh. Read more
I would suggest not to have a new person in the drive thru during peak hours on the weekend. Especially because some of us have... a lot of special requests that they are unsure how to adjust on the order. Read more
