Customer service is seriously lacking here. Hours state they don't close until 10pm we showed up at 8:30 and they are already... closing everything. They also didn?t give us our kid?s meal and when we went around to (out of the drive thru) walk in and askfor the meal the doors were locked and they looked right at us and walked away. We then had to wait in the drive thru lane againjust to get a meal we had already ordered and paid and the staff was irritated that we came back. This is also not the firsttime we have had a poor experience at this location. I do not recommend. Read more
I had breakfast the food is good the service is good the restroom was little dirty need to be cleaner there coffee is not that... great parking lot little small and they have drive through they are not open 24 hrs. Read more
This Jack has been here forever and hasn't really been updated at all so its presence can look a little murky. I only drive... thru. Food is consistently good and they're generous with their portions (like you actually get the amount of fries you order). Read more
When Pablo is taking orders, it's a great day. 1) he's the nicest human being on the planet, 2) he will ask how your day is... going, 3); he calls you "my friend" maybe 10 times and I mean it when I say this, he can call me his friend all day long, 4) ifmore people were like Pablo, I wouldn't be afraid of how were destroying this world. This location does not have enough people to work. The manager on duty decides to close the building so she could focus on only... the drive-thru. There is two people working the whole building. The manager then is upset with you because she is short on staffand is very impatient when answering questions. I don't have a car and she did not want to take my order over the window. Read more
