It feels like every time we go the service and sandwiches get worse. It was a five star place a few months ago but today they... get your order wrong and I'm not sure if management is pushing a quicker turn around but lots of mistakes are the result. I did enjoy going here . Lately the quality has been slipping. I remember in the past when you ordered a meal it took a while to... get your meal but it was worth the wait . Staff was good, menu was confusing, store was clean and the meatball sub I ordered via "The Michael Jordan" I think it was... named, had cheese that was somehow still almost mayo gooey from hot to cold which was odd. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn'tmy cup of tea either. Read more
My brother was excited for this place he order the fried chicken, the chicken wasn?t crispy he ask for extra bacon they forgot.... I order the meat ball sandwich with mozzarella sticks inside, I wasn?t a fan I had two bites. Subway have better meatballsandwich. Jalapeños poppers were soft no crispy same with the zucchini. I was excited to try this place. We love sandwich shops and frequent them when we can. This one was a delivery during Covid so... perhaps that was a part of the issue; however, beyond the food being cold, both sandwiches were sloppy (which can be goodsometimes), had hardly any meat, and what was in there didn't taste right. The onion rings were so soggy that you didn't knowthere were any in the sandwich and all you taste is cold breading. Read more

2nd time, long time. So not memorable, I can't recall where I'd eaten Ike's before. Stood there for a full two minutes reading... their daunting menu, then walked up to the register. 2 customers already eating, 3 employees standing around. Waited a fullminute, then walked out. I'm sure this is not an Ike's issue, rather a pathetically lazy & incompetent millennial and zoomerworkforce issue. Read more
