This place was horrible!!! I have ate at many different gyu restaurants and I would never go back to this one. The inside was so... filthy everything from the floor to the tables were sticky. The building had exposed wires and wing nuts hanging everywhere,there was holes cut it to the ceiling and side walls. Chunks of plaster broken and missing and this is all before I even get tothe service. The place wasn’t even busy but about halfway through my meal my waiter disappeared after 30 mins I found anotherone just to be told that my waiter left for the day and they didn’t have anyone else to assign to my table. The food was justok half of it tasted like it had been sitting out a bit to long nothing like how most gyu restaurants are. Decent parking space. 2 hour wait time is expected on peak hours. Food is on the spot. 5 stars on that! Also, they have all you... can eat Meat. They have a disclosure of having new staff and recovering from the pandemic so prices went up by a bit andservice isn't top notch. Still, I had a good time. The food was really good, it was my first time getting to go to a BBQ place like this and I really enjoyed the process. We tried... the pork dumplings which were delicious (and eaten too quickly to catch a photo of) and the garlic noodles which was also reallyflavorful. The meat itself was pretty darn tasty as well, and honestly I'd probably have eaten a bunch more if not for the onlydownside. I do wish the plates had a bit more but that's okay, over quality was great and prices felt fair. And that onlydownside was the staff. We were pretty much abandoned at one point and had to ask multiple staff for our server -whom neverreturned. Couldn't order any drinks or food after our initial order, and had to wait 30+ min to get the check. Read more
The food was good, we ate bunch of it. But our server was not coherent at all. We ordered 2 meat lovers menu which is for 2... people, and we were a party of 4. Each package should've arrived with a 6 meet plates, but our table only got 10. When weexplained this to the server he looked confused. It was very chaotic. The rice arrived very late even though we kept asking.Some of the meat were delicious some were not. I would recommend the restaurant but i dont think I will go there again. Not the massive portions of other all you can eat style BBQ places; Harame skirt steak is my personal favorite. Highly recommend... the smores as a light desert option and the sparkling sake + sorbet combo is very fun. Read more

Okay place but the manager is a really nice guy. Comparatively smaller than the other locations. Won’t honor most of the... rewards offered on the app. Food is mostly the same as other locations. The person on the next table kept playing a video veryloud on his phone and the servers didn’t say anything to him despite me requesting them to ask him to keep it down. Read more
