I don't normally leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I ordered two tostada chicken salads. The avocado slices are old and... brown, and I ordered it with no sour cream (says so on the receipt) and there's sour cream on both of them. Worst of all,there's no cilantro dressing for both of them. Like how do you forget the dressing to a salad? Let alone two salads? Justterrible. Then, I ordered for curbside, parked in curbside, and it said it'll be ready in 9 minutes, but instead it took 20. Ihad to go inside to find my order. Read more
Bro the lady working there is so messed up! This location is (without question) the best El Pollo Loco in the area. The service here is impeccable, the place is always... clean, all the staff are very friendly, and the food is exceptional for the price you pay. It is my favorite place to go towhen I need a quick and easy lunch. Read more
Dude legit I ordered the double chicken bowl and they gave me the skimpiest serving of chicken. It says online its 70g worth of... protein but I swear dude it was barely even 30g IF IM LUCKY. Paid $11 for some mid tasting food, go grab some wings at FreshBrothers this place SUCKS. Read more
I have tried countless El Pollo Loco's and not one comes close to this one. The chicken is juicy not dry at all, the rice... actually taste good and does not feel as I'm eating plastic, I love the tostada salads, the lettuce is always fresh. I do not typically write reviews and I understand the occasional bad day; but this is the third strike for me at this location... and just cannot see myself coming back. I ordered the Chicken Taquito Salad because it looks so good on the menu board.Unfortunately, what I got looked nothing like the "before" picture. Yes, someone actually thought it was okay to serve taquitosthat were charred beyond recognition and obviously, not edible. To make matters worse the salad dressing was missing and theextra salsa I asked for turned out to be one-fourth of a container. True story, as you can see by the pictures.
