Ordered bagel bites. They told me they only had the chive and onion ones. Okay got it since that's the ones I wanted. They gave... me my order and it had the plain ones. Ordered a sandwich on a an English muffin. They said they had no plain bagels to make iton, pointed out that it's actually on English muffin, they repeated they had no plain bagels. Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order... them though. When they are out of food and don?t have alternatives, they are not able to refund your money locally. Instead theyexpect you to call customer service yourself. Todays ordeal was the toaster was broken. Whether it is that or just being out,this is the third time my order has not been fulfilled in the last two months. Never coming back to this location. Went in this morning 7:50 AM to order my usual bagel, they tell me they have bagels but will not make any food because they are... busy. So what about all the people in the drive thru stuck in line, will they get food? 4th time with problems there. I am donetried to give them more chances. My first time there was because the Jeffrey location ran out of Munchkins so I called and asked if this one had any. Spoke to... the manager. He was very friendly and said he had plenty. So I drove over. My server at the drive-thru had some trouble with mygift card so the manager had to take over. Fixed the problem and gave me a few bonus munchkins for the hassle. Location is alittle random, but staff are friendly and the place looks very clean. Read more
Brand new Dunkin Donuts at Tustin Legacy devolpment on Kensington Park Road. My black iced coffee was good and the donuts so so.... It's only walking distance from where I live so will try again. Read more
