Been coming to this Del Taco for a long time. Whether I go at 5:00 a.m. in the morning or 5:00 p.m. after work the food is... always fresh and good. I was VERY VERY sincerely impressed by the customer service here. They DO take EBT and they got everything correct in my order.... They were VERY VERY polite & genuine & patient too. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was on point!Customer service there (at least with the two employees I was lucky to have serve me) was definitely refreshing change of pace.I work in the food industry, same type too - fast food. It's not as easy as people assume it is.. It's a lot of work. Gotta movefast, focus and pay attention and work together and have some kind of people skills as well as the right attitude. You're therenot only to make money, you're there to satisfy the customers and give them a good experience. Those who tend to go above andbeyond for the customers experience will thrive very well in the industry. I hope they move up quickly, if not there, then inlife in general. I haven't been here for a while, but felt like I should leave a review for when I did go here most of the time (early 2018- late... 2019). For a quick bite, it was good enough and cheap enough. The staff there were great, and that was a genuine surprise.Sometimes the food/tacos look rushed and looked liked they were soggy (I hope its just the oil from the beef, but that much oilconcerns me). It happened some times but often it would look like a normal taco kept intact. If your gonna get Lunch here justget a burrito, the burgers are just alright and the fries could be better (but in every location I've been to, the fries tastedepressing), and the combos with tacos just arent worth it especially with the price unless you get the multiple variety onesthen thats worth it. Gets a bit packed when UTT students are there. I do remember this one time apparently Del Taco was tagged(spray painted) and UTT took the blame for it. The food was terrible but the employees were very considerate. The would have gotten ZERO if it wasn't for the team. Del Taco... step it up. If you have to cut down the menu so that you are not wasting as much so that the food can be fresh. Food definitelyis not fresh here Read more
Built from scratch a few years ago next to their old location (which sits vacant), so it's nice inside and out and management is... top-notch. Limited dine-in is now available (but oddly still no self-serve drinks), and friendly, speedy staff do a great jobhere! Unlike the other guys, great deals on the app and a better dollar menu. Always a good experience. I eat lunch here once or twice a week. It's a newer building but with experienced staff. Service is... always fast. They immediately correct any issues with a smile. Read more
