After 4 years of picking up food here, today, I am met with my first case of discrimination at this location. After being... confronted by "Alex", (the employee at the pickup shelf) I briefly show my phone with the name of my order, I vaguely keep mydistance from him as he gets uncomfortably close, he then states, "Yea, you don't have to back up like that" in a sarcastichostile manner. Astonished, I asked him to repeat himself, the manager just then appears, Alex lies and changes his wordscompletely and says, "I could not see your phone". It's come to my attention, that because I took a step back when he confrontedme too closely, he took this personal and responded in a very abusive-like way. What made this scenario much worse, is thehorrible response and attitude of the manager, "Jose Lorenzo Hernandez." Speaking to Jose was impossible as he persistentlytalked over me, telling me I was at fault because I had backed up. I repeatedly told Jose that he witnessed the last half of thealtercation unknowingly, and he continued to badger and talk over me with zero respect and haste, unwilling to hear what I hadto say. I have seen Jose at this location over a four year span, and expected nothing less than how I was treated. Alex'sbehavior is inexcusable, but what concerns me is the managers inability to rectify the situation. It seems Jose has gotten waytoo comfortable with his position, and really hope the franchisee can see to these two individuals. Unfortunately, I am plaguedwith situations where I am mistreated by employees that have serious mental deficiencies and aren't addressed. I hope no one hasto go through unnecessary situations such as mine, and can at least expect a satisfactory consumer experience. Read more

One of the better Chipotles I have been to, and yes, I have been to a LOT of Chipotles. Facility is clean, and they never seem... to be out of ingredients which I've noticed with other restaurants. Great job everyone!!! Read more

Horrible customer service, everytime I?ve ordered person @ tortilla has stank face doesn?t look like they enjoy their job, say... thank you multiple times no response doesn?t even make eye contact. Entire group I came with (no long line) made all of us feelbad for what we ordered woul NOT recommend coming here just drive the extra 2 miles to next location. I use to work at chipotlesucks to see this is the customer experience when the model is supposed to be excellent customer service at all times Read more

The food quality was good, but the portions were so-so. The seating is metal and very uncomfortable. I would have given more... stars, but the manager did not offer himself or an employee to help carry out an extremely large order probably close to 8 to 10boxes of food, and the customer was by himself. It really makes a difference when it comes to the little things such as offeringhelp, considering they "looked" fully staffed with only one client in line. Read more

Mask not properly worn by a staff member. Protocol for efficiency was poor. I placed an online order. Despite it being quite... slow with in person orders, it didn?t seem like employees preparing in person orders could help alleviate the backup of onlineorders. Numerous orders ran 15+ minutes late beyond the promised delivery time. Quite a few of us stood waiting for our onlineorder while the in person line was empty. The whole point of pre-ordering using their mobile app is to get in and get out. Pickup or online orders is done from that shelf. Every time an order is finished, they just toss it on the shelf so everyone who waswaiting had to approach the shelf and check it repeatedly. They don?t announce a finished order even when it was backed up andthey were running behind. Read more

Yes chipotle was fantastic. I ran and got through the line my order was exactly as I requested it and got out quickly to get... back to work. The restroom was clean and so is the restaurant. Employees were smiling friendly and helpful. I definitelyrecommend it. I got a veggie salad and all the ingredients were Fresh and delicious as usual. Read more
