I go here at least once a month. This time was the worst. I ordered a salad, the greens were wilted and taste was awful. The... cilantro rice was clumpy like it wasn't cooked correctly. The vinaigrette which is my favorite part of the salad tasted like ithad to much smoked paprika or Chipotle powder. It was way over powering and didn't taste good. I also had a free guacamole sideso I decided to get it . When I got home I opened it and the guacamole was brown like it had been sitting there for hours. I doget it that avocado turns brown the second you cut it but there is things you can do to make it last longer. Needless to say mylunch was not great that day. Maybe it was a bad day for them but this is just to shine light on what to look for when servingfood. Make sure the quality does not go down no matter what. Read more
Even though this location is not the nearest I go out of my way. The food is always good and the staff always has a good... attitude. Would like to say that Terrance has a work ethic that is above other employees that I have seen everywhere notjust here. He was constantly cleaning and organizing the counter, sweeping and even wiping the sneeze guard. Good work ethicshould not go unnoticed and for this reason I would like to recognize him. GOOD WORK. Upset at the fact that 8:30 they do not let paying customers in to the restrooms because " They just cleaned them". The store... closes at 10 and the employees would not let us in the bathroom to even wash our hands. Acces was blocked with mops and when weasked the emplyees one answered no because I just cleaned them. Chipotle bring in trained managers!!! Read more
These employees don?t know what they are doing. One day I get the military discount but the next day there is no military... discount according to the supervisor at the food counter. Either you have it or you don?t. Customers don?t appreciate theignorance. Read more
I went there for dinner around 8pm and they were out of everything except chicken. Then I noticed that they were cooking more... chicken on the grill. Asada, carnitas, peppers and onions, chorizo, meat substitute and white rice were all empty. Not sure ifit was a supply issue or just poor management skills to make sure the options are all full. I ordered it online. It was ready at the exact time. I ate deliciously at home.
I don?t mean to sound rude, but the gentleman serving us had very serious fungal infection on his whole body. We ordered 2 bowls... to go, which went straight into trash as soon as we reached home. Anyone with serious fungal infection should not be handlingfood. It is unsafe and unsanitary. They should get treated before returning to work. Read more
