Garlic shrimp is a dish that is very hard to come by in Chinese restaurants, but it IS served here. They make it so hot and so... fresh! The chow mein only has noodles and not much cabbage like elsewhere, so it's a little different but it's OK. The diningroom is quite tiny here so pickup orders are quite advisable especially during busy times. I used to have to travel so muchfurther from my home to get my favorite dish but now that CWE is here in Tustin I can get it closer to home???? Read more

Fried rice, never steamed rice. We've been ordering from CWE for over two years now. Always good. Always quick. (Five stars.... ALWAYS.) Always get the (for premium extra charge) fried rice w/entrees. Steamed rice is starchy lumps. Not good. Yesterday,$100 order, the fried rice was just starchy brown lumps. Not good.
