Hello, my name is Yekta 12 years old girl from California I enjoy going to your restaurant but I like to write a review. first... thing I like to talk about is your food. I enjoyed Whopper and french fries and along to go with it the soda (Dr. Pepper). Butthere is something wrong with the soda machine. When I and I'm sure for others, soda machine does not work correctly and good.When you want to pick a soda it does not automatically goo to the one you pick. So please fix it. Another thing, is that yourfood is incredibility whopping EXPENSIVE. When I get a combo it's nearly up to 22 dollars even more when I want to get one morething as well with it. And, when I use coupon it does not make any different. The last thing is your TV is incredibly loud.Please make it a little bit lower.I'm sure people and others can relate to these pet peeves (problems). Keep doing your jobamazingly just like now. No crowd at 5:30 PM. Order came out immediately before I finished the transaction, although there was only one cook and one... front handling both the diner and drivethrough. I hope they get a raise. They have two TVs playing the Unimás channel. Twobars, three pairs of sofas, two sets of diner tables. VERY handicap friendly interior. Wifi is okay. Bathroom is clean. Alright food that you will regret you ate later on. I have had multiple orders messed up only to get home and find out the only... item your girlfriend wanted they forgot (men double check your orders even if your beautiful woman won't want you too whendriving away). Normally the manager will say come back and we will give to you no charge (uhm... I already paid for it, now plustime and more gas just for fries?). Not sure they understand I already drove there, ordered, waited, then drove home, couldn'tenjoy, and have to come back after I did NOT get what I ORDERED and PAID for. I recently ordered in store with the managerasking if he has a deal showing on the BK app and on TV for $5 (2 for $5) only for him to point to a small line at the bottom ofthe menu that it's $7 (2 for $7) in store. When I asked if I should order online instead of with him he just pointed to the menuagain like I was not a customer in front of him providing a reason for him to be employed. I was polite and not bothered by theextra $2 and the additional app savings that I would have received. Nor did I ask him for the items they forgot to give me thatI paid for prior times and told too ask for him specifically (won't call him out by name). I was very non confrontational everytime yet we left again asking why we went there. Somehow the nearby Jack In The Box closed that had great customer service andquality did and this BK somehow lasts with poor management with regretful food and many order mistakes. Read more
I was craving a whopper with cheese. I rarely visit burger King, so I was nicely surprised when I opened the app it had been... made over and they now have a cool perks program for customers. The only thing I would say is the person in the drive thruwasn't familiar with it at all. Other than that, service and food was great as usual. Read more

Nice looking BK. They have TVs playing and also there is a playground. Staff was friendly. Downloaded the app to redeem TMO... coupon and then was able to redeem an offer on the app. Win-win Read more
This is usually one of the only places I go to because the food is quick and normally right, but not lately. An elder Hispanic... man in the afternoons at the drive thru always seems unwelcoming and his demeanor is off putting. It would be much nicer andconvenient if they can get to be accurate. Read more
