Usually gets the food correct, however, customer service needs improvement.

This McDonald's is a good one here in the shoals area! Where I was born and raised and still live! The locals call it the... McChevron of course because it's got both a McDonald's and Chevron gas station together here at this location! They are the bestones to take your pet through the drive thru with you here, they always give my pitbull Tank a pup cup with whip cream orvanilla ice cream in it, he absolutely loves it! The customer service is the best at breakfast and supper time to visit thislocation! I don't have anything negative to say about this location out of the 4 locations this one and the McDonald's at love'sgas station truck stop out on the highway are the 2 best McDonald's in my opinion for this area! Always fast! Makes your order right the first time. Never been told their ice cream machine wasn't working.
I love coffee so I stop every morning and get a Frappuccino. For some reason this morning the ladies working must not have been... trained properly as they argued with me that Frappuccino?s come hot. I know for a fact that there is no such thing as a hotfrappe. On the receipt you could clearly see I was charged for a cappuccino. Which is fine! I just don?t understand why theycouldn?t accept the mistake and fix the drink. Instead of offering to remake it with what I actually ordered they just made metake the cappuccino still calling it a frappe. When I finally just took the drink it was half full. They didn?t even try to makeit look full. The foam line only reached barley 3/4 up the cup the coffee itself less then half. Luckily this morning I used acoupon code and the drink was free but I?m very disappointed in the experience I had. Read more
