The staff here a great and really sweet. Don't eat at BK much, the company has increased prices so much that you can't hardly... eat here without coupons, and the app hardly ever loads. Without coupons, you'll be paying nearly $10/person. Read more
I was hungry for a burger so I pulled up to this Burger King and tried to go inside to get a meal, when I got to the door I... could see that people were inside eating, but there was an employee that refused to lay me in even though they specifically saidthat they were allowing eating in, I?m very, very, unhappy with my experience at this place!!!!! Horrible service you wait 30 minutes to even place your order then wait even longer to get your order that is always wrong the... dinning room isn't open so you have to pull back through the line again to get your order right. Read more

The app is a waste of time. 32 minutes from order to food while the drive through was hopping getting people on their way.... Preempting the excuses "I'm sorry, were short staffed"--pay your people better and stop treating them like slaves. "You have tounderstand it was a big order"--no way! That's why I ordered in advance. So you screw up every big order? 2 Items were missingfrom the 11 item order and this has been just a garbage experience. When I went they were only taking cash. I placed my order then said I had a coupon, when I gave the code they were like oh... that's a coupon on the app, we can't take it right now. I got to the window and they forgot to give me 2 drinks and 2 fries thatu had ordered. I was in a hurry so I just left because I had already waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because the dining roomwas closed. Read more
The only reason I'm giving one star is because it didn't give me an option to give no stars, we ordered 4 meals 3 of them were... wrong, even the drinks were wrong, when we called we were told we needed to bring all their product back. When we told him wewere not bringing it back and asked if he was going to pay for our gas to bring it back (we live 20.minutes away). He hung up onus. We called back and he said that my sister cussed at him (now I will admit that she could cuss up a blue streak when she'smad) but on this occasion she did not and he hung up on her again. He did not leave his name but he did say that he was thegeneral manager. Now I have been in customer service industry for years and own my own business. I would never treat or speakto any customer or any person for that matter. Now if I pay almost 50.00 for food at a fast food place I would at least expectto be treated with respect , if not expect to have the order correct. I do hope the owner of this restaurant reads thesereviews because I would want to know how their employees are treating their customers. Read more
