If I could give this a zero I would. When I walked in I wasn?t greeted by any of the three workers. Two of them were sitting on... the counter one their phones while customers are in the store. With that none of them were in uniform. Along with that the storewas a mess, I wish I would have taken a picture. Also two of the three workers didn?t have their hair tied back and when theyaren?t checking out a customer they just go back to being on their phones. Most of their toppings were low along with basicallyno cups. I will not be returning. Read more

Two workers were sitting by the door chatting and the door was locked at 1218, says the store opens at 11am.. but they had the... door locked and looked at us and never unlocked it they clearly didn?t want to work and are just lazy trying to get apaycheck..I?ll never return I hope their manager sees this and fires them what a joke! Me and boyfriend came here 20 minutes ago. When he was pouring the yogurt in his cup, he saw some strange black dots in it. He... stirred it around with a spoon and realized that there were DEAD FLIES in the yogurt that came straight out of the machine! Justdisgusting. Would?ve took a picture if we had our phones with us. Quite a few choices for flavors and toppings. I need to pay a little closer attention that not all the flavors are frozen... yogurt. Pay by weight, can easily get away from you as you pile it on. Read more
This place is somewhat clean, however the staff was horrible! When we got there, there wasn?t any cups and they got irritated... when we asked for cups for the ice cream. One female employee was talking very loudly saying that there were cups out there andafter telling her that there wasn?t, she got more irritated stating that she just wanted everyone to leave and she wanted to bedone with it. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like I needed to leave. They didn?t have many toppings out and sowe had to settle for what was out there. I will NOT be going back due to how the employees treat people. Read more
Horrible. I walk in at 8:15 and half the toppings were already taken back and cleaned out. I asked the workers about it and they... responded with, ?well we close at 9?. Yep. that?s exactly right. You close at 9, so why are all of the ?fresh? toppings alreadytaken back. Horrible customer service. Read more
