Sat at speaker for over 10 minutes pulled to window to order and was told 1 worker and out of their frozen products, LIKE... REALLY!!! Thought that they would really appreciate the breakfast customers but its getting ridiculous ???? Read more
Went inside due to a longer line a cars and thought it would be faster..... First Mistake on me! The girl at the counter taking... the order didn't know her job (really hope she was in training but it didn't look that way, she didn't even know how to take acard as payment) I asked for the Bacon Cheddar Hamburger and Fries...... she stood there looking all over the screen and finallyasked the shift manager to come help and the manager said "We don't have that any more (with an attidude)!" I then pointed outthe customer facing screen showing it and she walked around the counter and then said yea we don't have that any more andpointed at the bun and said "We don't have the buns to make those so we don't carry it anymore and I don't know why thats evenon that screen anymore!". I said ok fine I'll get a Double Baconator.... the girl looked at me and said a double hamburger? Iagain repeated my statment asking for a double baconator and she got it right... I then inserted my card in the machine and shecalled the manager again and asked how do you take a card? At this point I about walked out. I have been going to this Wendy'sLocation for over 15 years and every time I go there the service is worse and worse! The owner needs to step up and get rid ofthe people with the attidudes, train the front counter and managers on their jobs! I know this is a low end job but it's still ajob that people are getting paid to do and are not doing it! Read more
Every time I go to the service is pretty good, and the food is adequate. I've had better, I've had worse. It's convenient for me... at times, so I'll continue to stop there. Read more
Wendy's at five points. We went around 9pm Sunday night we got 2 #1's double stacks.lol The food was fresh and prepared nicely.... Not throwed together carelessly like some I have had. The food was good the service was nice. Read more
