Friendly and quick service combined with sweet and tasty ice cream. Got the Bear Bowl with Bear Batter and a fudge brownie.

I really wanted to like this place but it was a miss for me. We went in the evening and it was busy, but it may have been too... late to get fresh products. I had the bear batter in between two brownies. The brownies had a good flavor and flavored most ofthe dish. I did not like the texture of the brownies because they were chewy and stuck to my teeth. The ice cream by itself didnot have a lot of flavor besides tasting sweet. My husband felt the same about his soy based ice cream. We were glad they had adairy free option for him even though they were out of the dairy free cookies he wanted. The price did not match the quality ofthe food unfortunately. Read more

Old review, moving over to Google reviews: Had been meaning to try this place for a while, so when we saw an advertisement for... a free scoop of ice cream for customer appreciation day, we figured that was our cue! Despite the rain and bad weather, we madeour way over. They were quite busy - who wouldn't be, with free ice cream? Still, the service we received was nothing short ofsmiley and pleasant. Having been in that overwhelming service situation myself, I really admire that. The shop itself is tinyand super cute. You can see the display full of fresh cookies and ice cream. The colors are bright and welcoming, and you caneven kinda see where all the baking magic goes on. I went pretty simple - I got a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream, and addeda chocolate chip cookie to go with it. The sandwiches look delightful, but I'd need to split it with someone, and my boyfriendis on a diet. The scoop they gave me was very generous! The chocolate was decadent, creamy, and rich. A perfect darkchocolate! The cookie was also, basically, perfect. Ever so slightly crunchy at the edges, and soft and chewy at the center. YUM! My only wish is that they would have heated the cookie so the chips would have melted, but they were so busy I didn'task. The combinations here are endless, especially with changing flavors of the month. I absolutely cannot wait to come backand try something different! Read more
