Great environment, service, and value, however, food wasn't quite up to par with similar restaurants. Bacon was paper thin,... and over cooked, as was the patty sausage. Read more

I stopped by T -Town Cafe this morning. It was fantastic. Not crowded at all and service was great. I ordered the Breakfast of... Champions. It cost 10 dollars plus a tip. I was able to get my own coffee ? which was nice. I also seated myself. Food wasdelivered hot and fresh and I was hungry so I dug right in. I really enjoyed the biscuit and gravy. At first bite the gravytasted sweet but then all of a sudden, BAM!!! it hit me with the spice of the sausage gravy. Never tasted gravy like thatbefore. Very unique. I give this visit to T-Town Cafe 5 thumbs up. ???????????????????? Read more

Me and my wife went in today 10/28/22 and ordered two of the breakfast of champions. The cashier told us it would be a slightly... longer wait than normal for our food. After 30 minutes of waiting nobody in the restaurant including the people that werealready there before us had received any food. We waited another 30 minutes before my wife's food finally came out when sheasked the server about my food she received a rude answer in return. We only ate about half of our food before we left afterwaiting an hour to get it. During this hour wait not a single person came by to check on us or to give us an update on ourorder. The food was not worth the $30 or the hour wait. We will not be going back. Read more

Usually pretty good. The sandwich was good but I got a club sandwich and they didn?t cut it up which normally a club is because... there?s so many layers and have tooth picks to hold it together. The fries were okay. I ended up having to cut it myself. I?veincluded before and after of what it should have been. Don?t know if someone was just lazy or didn?t know, but it?s not like weordered at the busiest time. We even tried to order ahead and they wouldn?t let us. Read more

This place has solid country cooking. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. Other reviewers complained... about service taking too long, but they were pretty busy the day we came and still got our food out to us in about 10 minutes. The waitress also noticed that I was given barbeque sauce instead of ranch, and she ran back and grabbed ranch for me without myasking, so points to service there. We both had fried chicken tenders. For sides, we chose French fries, sweet potatocasserole, fried okra, and Mac and cheese. I had sweet tea to drink, and it was perfectly southern. The chicken tenders weregood enough, maybe a little small. House made ranch made for good dipping. The sweet potato casserole was loaded with spices. Nice and flavorful, but a little too one-note on the texture, like whipped potatoes. The Mac and cheese had an extra sharpcheddar taste. Fried okra was a touch slimy but serviceable. Fries had seasoning on them but were served cold and hard. Lastly, we both had the cheddar biscuit - I'd recommend skipping that. Flavorless and cold. The atmosphere is sort ofhomestyle, and the restaurant seats a lot of people. It's close to campus, and the food is alright. I wouldn't rave about thisplace, but it's worth a visit, especially considering the convenience and large variety of choices available. Read more
