The staff are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes, the only man on the staff is the worst of all, he yells and openly... cursed about me even though all i politely asked him to repeat himself bc i couldn?t hear him through the mask and the mumbling.Honestly the school should be hiring better people to work on campus. Guy at the front is extremely rude. He called me up and then said something and when I asked him to repeat it he just stared at... me like I was an absolute fool. Made me feel terrible. He was just so disrespectful and in fact, is always like that ever sinceI was there. Hope he gets fired because that was such a terrible experience. Read more
The employees aren't kind and just kinda throw your sandwich together without any care. Lots of them mumble where you can't even... hear what they ask you. It seems like they'd rather be anywhere but there. And they don't accept gift cards, so that's reallyannoying. Read more
I have never been to this location where they haven?t been extremely rude to customers, even openly cursing about the customers... to each other behind the counter. It is extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. If this was anywhere other than located on acollege campus, I?m sure they would?ve gotten in serious trouble before now. Read more
I work full time in customer service as well and go to school full time. But I would never treat my customers the way the subway... employees do. They are very rude. They always have their own loud music in the background, don?t care about their job and arenever nice nor welcoming. And I hope the manager takes action because how I was treated is unacceptable. Too many online orders make the line so slow. Focus on the people that are there at the time!
