Great way to start your day with Starbucks
Every time I go my order is not correct. They are polite to fix it but I think they may need additional training. And more than... once I have seen them handle the top edge of the cup with their hands. Not gloved. Read more
My go to coffee spot! The lines can be a little long but they go fast and the coffee is always on point.
All three staff spent the entire time we were waiting for them to prepare our order complaining about customers they considered... unreasonable. Made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned we might get talked about the same way after we left. There's atime and place for venting about work. It's not during work hours in front of customers.
