I have visited Rock N Roll Sushi 15 times during my professional stay in the last months. The sushi is of good fresh quality.... The service is good and accommodating. What bothers me personally is that the premises are so air-conditioned that I almostregularly catch a cold. In terms of the environment, it would also make sense not to turn the air conditioning down so much.Regardless of which seat I've had before, the cold air hits you on the back of your neck. This causes me to leave the bar veryquickly, although I would like to have another drink. Additionally, raising the temperature by 2°F yields a 6% cost saving forthe venue. Think about it. I love the atmosphere here..the menus look like record albums and they have lots to choose from. I forgot our waiters name but... he was really nice and helpful. I had the vegetables and rice because it was no meat day...I only took a star away because Iwish my squash was cooked a little longer and cut smaller but it was still good and rice was great. My daughter had theCalifornia roll and she ate every bit of it...my friend had the VIP roll and I thought she was going to melt right into her seatfrom the first bite! Our waitress CG was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and attentive. I am so happy we left Kobe (it smelled like propane, like what??)... and came here. We got the Volcano Roll and the Lynam roll, both were DELICIOUS. Def will be coming here again next time Ivisit. Thank you again CG!!!! Read more

This restaurant is severely understaffed. We did not have to wait long to be seated, but there were several dirty tables (see... photos) that were not cleared off the entire time we were there eating dinner (around an hour). The food is great (which is thereason for the 2 stars) but the service is lacking. Our waitress get ink on her hand when taking our order because her penbusted. It happens, not her fault. However, it was clear that she never washed her hands because when she brought our foodnearly 30 minutes later her finger left an ink mark on my plate (see photo). Also, my wine glass had a crack in it. Itthankfully was not leaking, but still not acceptable to serve customers. Read more
Me and my boyfriend ate here tonight, I had eaten here before and loved it. But I wanted to post this review to say that Shelby... M. needs a raise. She was literally the nicest waitress we have ever had at any restaurant I?ve ever been to. She even left us alittle thank you note on our receipt. She truly deserves the highest raise possible ??
