Poor customer service. A Party of 7 was seated at 1 p.m. ordered by 1:15 p.m it?s now 2:05 and we have not received our food.... Plus the biscuits were brung out without the plates and when I asked after 5 minutes of the biscuits being sitting on the table,I was spoken to rudely, stating ? my server would be with me shortly.? I have NOT received a refill on my drink! We haveabsolutely no napkins! Any other time I would?ve just left but my mom is here with a wheelchair and we already been waiting for2 hrs now(45 mins wait to be seated, 1 hr plus before the food was brung out)! Which if we go somewhere else we still will haveanother 40 to 60 minutes wait. Having the children eat their biscuits off of the napkins the utensils comes in. My wife was in the mood for Red Lobster and since we were closer to Tuscaloosa we stopped here. We arrived 10 minutes after they... opened but had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated. Like several said service slow, even though we were some of the onlycustomers. The food was decent; the Red Lobster in Montgomery taste better. After we received our entrees I inquired about oursalads, only then to be informed they were out of lettuce because the truck hadn't run. Read more
Kung Pao noodles shrimp was too good, plenty amount. Popcorn shrimp was delicious, good for kids. Pizza was so so. The lobster,... shrimp was fresh. But the dough was well baked at the corner. Overall, it is a great place to eat, little bit expensive ???????? Read more

Smells like a nursing home. Have they ever updated this place? The payment system took like 45 minutes. Food was so so. Would... not recommend. But if you have fun memories of red lobster, maybe this is your thing. Read more
My experience at Red Lobster was truly divine. The food and the customer service was a #1! My waitress LaPorcha Porter was very... informative about the different selections that were on the menu... which made my experience all the better.
