Poor customer service. A Party of 7 was seated at 1 p.m. ordered by 1:15 p.m it?s now 2:05 and we have not received our food.... Plus the biscuits were brung out without the plates and when I asked after 5 minutes of the biscuits being sitting on the table,I was spoken to rudely, stating ? my server would be with me shortly.? I have NOT received a refill on my drink! We haveabsolutely no napkins! Any other time I would?ve just left but my mom is here with a wheelchair and we already been waiting for2 hrs now(45 mins wait to be seated, 1 hr plus before the food was brung out)! My wife was in the mood for Red Lobster and since we were closer to Tuscaloosa we stopped here. We arrived 10 minutes after they... opened but had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated. Like several said service slow, even though we were some of the onlycustomers. The food was decent; the Red Lobster in Montgomery taste better.
