Does the manager or district manager know how run down this place has gotten? Drive thru has been down for months, I keep trying... because I love the food. Service was great! They were actually open which is not how I usually find Panda Express. That?s not their fault just the times... I?ve been in the area they weren?t open. I am starting to notice as prices go up on everything that the quality of the food atpanda express is not comparable to the price. it?s priced the same as a, better quality food would be. There are fast foodplaces that have found a way to not taste cardboard. This was the first time panda express had begun to taste as cardboard. Read more
I absolutely love this Panda Express. They've had a lot of staffing issues over the last year, but the quality of the food never... dropped. They currently have their drive-through closed because of said issues but I don't mind going inside. This is one of mygreatest joys for takeout. Read more
It?s 11:32 as I pull up. It would be nice to have the hours of operation posted on the door. Or at least an employee who doesn?t... just shrug apathetically when I ask through the locked door what time they open. A shadow of it's opening days. Since the store opened, the food was never fantastic, but it was simple and easy in a rush. Now... with the cut menu and the drive through issues, it's not worth it. My nephew worked here a ways back, and from what he had toldme it was ran by a man who definitely focused on the dollar more than the customers or his workers. This is clearly showing nowsince there is such low staffing. No idea how they're going to handle all the students coming back with so many issues. Read more
Wish they would just open something else here. This place does not seem to care that it is shambles. I have consistently been... trying to use the drive through for a few months now. Finally today the lobby was open, so I gave it a go. They weren't servingabout half the menu, would not accept cash, and seemed like they were trying to rush me out the building the moment I came in.Just a very inconvenient fast food restaurant, which is strange because one of the most appealing parts about fast food isconvenience. The food has always been delicious, but sometimes it seems quick communication is lost between the servers and the chefs when it... comes to certain foods running out. Overall, the servers have been incredibly patient and respectful. Read more
